WOW WOW WOW what a beast of a machine, what use to take me well over 3 hours to cut, only took me 1 hour & 20 minutes. Grass was extremely long, chewed through it with the greatest of ease & what blew my mind was did not leave a copious amounts of grass like other mowers. Beautifully level cut right across my 2 acres & handled all hills & inclines to a superior level. These machines are an absolute beast & I’m so so glad I purchased mine. Thank you Bushranger, im very very impressed indeed. Now I’m off to play with my toy again.

After a lot of investigation into a zero turn mower and looking at all the other makes, I ended buying the Bushranger Spartan 42". I am so glad i did. For the price, this machine is very solid and the performance far out weighs it's price tag. The 42" Bushranger is a well built and high performing machine. You would expect this from a more expensive machine. But for a little over $8000 this is one beast of a mower. I am very impressed how well it cuts and drives on both dry and wet ground. I did a job the other day that was a little boggy due to the rain. I thought i would take a risk and hope i didn't get bogged. I was blown away by how well it performed, it powered through as if the ground was dry. The 18L fuel tank is awesome where as many others only have 13L tanks. This means more work without filling up. I have also found it to be quite fuel efficient as well. I highly recommend this machine and couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase the bushranger Spartan.

Well well, i have spent months researching zero turn mowers, and hell fire there is sum rubbish out there. Nearly purchased a Kubota equivalent? so glad i did not. Explained to dealer upon walking in the door, my bullshit meter is full, and i would not tolerate any more cheap sales talk. I own a rural property, and work with my hands as well as my brain not my mouth! Dealer asked me with a smile, so you have been looking for a while? Dealer good straight talker and listener. Everything went well from this point, went over machine with a fine tooth comb, fabrication excellent (welding), quality steel, well engineered / designed with a serious user in mind. Priced up replacement consumables (blades,belts,fluids, service intervals dependant on use). I could go on about the materials used to build this beast (i know why they use the term SPARTAN), as they state the engine is bullet proof (subject to maintenance / care of machine). I could not find fault with this machine, and i am picky, the devil is always in the detail! Not to sure how long the fuel gauge will last, or if the onboard computer stands the test of time, we will see. Against all my instincts, i purchased the machine on the spot, and because the dealer was honest with me, i made a few other purchases on the spot, personally, honesty goes a long way with me. I did not need to spend more money, but i wanted to show my appreciation for an honest man, selling an honest machine (rare as hen's teeth! these days). The dealer believes in the product he is selling, i deal with dishonest people for a living, i can tell the difference. When i have used the machine for a while, which will not take long (following maintenance etc.), i will follow up with my personal experience / opinion. I am confident this machine will live up to its claims, purely based on the engineering and math perspective, I cannot wait to put this machine to the test!

Ive just bought my first Zero Turn Mower from you. Despite never having used a lever design before, I am super impressed with the unit. Its cut my mowing time by at least an hour (small acreage, big lawn) and thats with me doing zigs and zags as I get used to it still. The unit is simple to use, easy to understand instructions and ticked all the boxes I had. The deck is incredibly tough, the controis are easy to work, the cut is brilliant and even and the motor is powerful for the toughest sections of my yard. Just love it :-D

I have now used the 42" Spartan zero turn mower for 10 hours and I am totally sold on this machine! plenty of grunt, solidly built, my acreage has some challenging areas along a riverbank and it cut even fairly woody weeds - fleabane, farmers friend, paddys lucerne etc. Lawn areas were cut to perfection at twice the speed than my Kubota. This feels like a much bigger machine.
