Compacted soil stops your lawn from breathing. Water sits on the surface instead of soaking in. Roots stay shallow instead of growing deep. The lawn thins, weakens, and struggles – no matter how much you water or fertilise. Bushranger aerators open it up.

What You Get

Core aerators pull plugs of soil from the lawn, creating channels that relieve compaction and allow water, air, and nutrients to reach the root zone. The most effective method for seriously compacted lawns.

Spike aerators punch holes into the surface for lighter compaction relief and regular maintenance aeration. Less disruptive than coring, and suitable for lawns that need periodic attention rather than full renovation.

Bushranger aerators are designed for both residential and commercial turf applications. Whether it's a domestic lawn that's seen too many summers of foot traffic, or a commercial surface that needs regular aeration as part of a turf management program.

When to Aerate

Before the main growing season. Aerate warm-season grasses in early spring and cool-season grasses in autumn for the best recovery and growth response.

After heavy use. If your lawn has been through a summer of parties, kids, and foot traffic, aerating relieves the compaction that built up.

When water pools instead of soaking in. Surface ponding on a lawn that used to drain properly is a clear sign of compaction. Aeration is the fix.
